Not withstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely allocated by GSR Media to to any affiliated entity or to any of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
These Terms of use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Spain and any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Madrid, Spain. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or for any non-executable reason, such provision shall be deemed to be separate from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.
